Manage your subscription

See your plan on Profile, open the Stripe billing portal to update payment or cancel, and understand Lifetime versus Standard and Pro.

By the end of this guide you'll know where to see your plan, how to manage billing, and how Lifetime differs from Standard and Pro.

Where subscription lives

Open Profile (sidebar). Under Subscription you'll see a short summary of your plan — for example Pro · Active, a trial countdown, Lifetime access, or that you have no active paid subscription.

Billing management for recurring plans opens from here into Stripe (secure payment provider). GapFiller does not store your card details.

Your plan summary lives on Profile — use Manage billing in Stripe for payment changes

New accounts choose a plan at signup — see Create your account.

Plans at a glance

PlanWhat it is
StandardEveryday planning with sensible limits (schools, subjects, storage)
ProHigher limits plus extras such as Google Drive and OneDrive
LifetimePay once — Pro-level access forever, no recurring subscription

Standard and Pro can be billed monthly or yearly. Lifetime is a one-time payment.

There is a 15-day money-back guarantee on paid plans (see the website pricing / terms for details).

Manage billing in Stripe (Standard & Pro)

If Manage billing in Stripe is available on Profile:

  1. Click Manage billing in Stripe (you may see Opening Stripe…)
  2. In the Stripe portal, update your payment method, view invoices, switch billing period or plan where offered, or cancel

Cancelled subscriptions usually keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Prefer yearly billing for Standard or Pro when you can — it usually costs less than paying month by month. You can change billing period from the Stripe portal when that option is available.

Lifetime

On Lifetime, Profile shows Lifetime access and notes that billing changes are not available in the Stripe portal — there is no recurring charge to manage.

You keep Pro-level features (including cloud storage integrations) for as long as Lifetime applies to your account.

If you need to choose a plan again

If your access has ended and Profile shows Choose a plan, follow that link to pick Standard, Pro or Lifetime and complete payment. Until you have access again, Profile and Subscription are the places you can restore it.

After a downgrade

If you move to a plan with lower limits, some schools or subjects may become read-only until you upgrade again. Upgrade from Profile / billing when you need to edit them.
