Create your account

Sign up for GapFiller: choose a plan, create your account, and complete payment so you can start setting up your teaching workspace.

By the end of this guide you'll have a GapFiller account and be ready for the onboarding walkthrough.

Before you start

You sign up on the GapFiller website — not inside the app. Open gapfiller.app/signup (or tap Sign up in the header).

GapFiller does not offer a free trial. You choose a paid plan and complete payment to activate your account. There is a 15-day money-back guarantee.

Create your account

    Open the signup page

    Go to gapfiller.app/signup. The page title is Create your account.

    Your language is taken from the website language you're browsing in (English, Italian or Spanish). You can change it later in your preferences.

    Enter your email and password

    Type your Email and choose a Password (at least 8 characters).

    You don't need to add your name yet — you can fill that in later under your profile.

    Choose your plan

    Under Choose your plan, pick Monthly or Yearly billing, then select Standard, Pro or Lifetime.

    Accept the terms

    Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    Proceed to payment

    Click Proceed to payment. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your purchase.

    Your email is verified when payment succeeds — you don't need a separate confirmation email for this flow.

Already have an account? Use Log in at the bottom of the signup page instead of creating a new one.

What happens after payment

Once payment succeeds, you're signed in and taken into GapFiller. If this is your first time, you'll go straight to the onboarding walkthrough to add your schools, subjects, classes and timetable.

If you cancel payment, your account is still saved. You can return to the signup page, pick a plan and proceed when you're ready.

GapFiller doesn't use Google or Microsoft sign-in for creating an account. You always sign up with email and password.
