Terms of Service

Application: the SaaS platform branded "GapFiller".

Content: any text, files, data, information, graphics, or other material uploaded, generated, or made available through the Service.

Subscription: a paid Standard or Pro plan (monthly or annual) granting access to premium features.

Lifetime: a one-time purchase granting permanent Pro-level access without recurring billing.

Trial: optional temporary access to premium features without payment, when explicitly offered by us.

You must be at least 18 years old—or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction— to create an account. Users under 18 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

Plans. We currently offer: (a) Standard — €5.99 per month or €59 per year (billed annually); (b) Pro — €9.99 per month or €99 per year (billed annually); (c) Lifetime — a one-time payment of €109 (launch price; regular price €129) granting permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring subscription. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and may include promotional rates. A Faculty plan for institutions may be offered separately under a dedicated agreement.

Free Trial. GapFiller does not currently offer a free trial for new accounts. You may watch the product demo on our website before purchasing. Any legacy trial access granted to existing accounts remains subject to the terms communicated when it was offered.

Purchase & Renewal. Standard and Pro are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our third-party payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime is a single upfront payment with no automatic renewal. You may switch between monthly and yearly billing for Standard and Pro from your account settings.

Billing Information. You must provide valid payment details (credit/debit card or other methods we support) and authorize us to charge all applicable fees and taxes. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation. You may cancel a Standard or Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods except as required by law or under our money-back guarantee below. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel.

Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan (Standard, Pro, or Lifetime), you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at info@blanksrl.ink. This guarantee applies once per account per plan purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers). If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after purchase. By subscribing or purchasing Lifetime access, you request immediate performance of the Service; therefore, if you exercise the right of withdrawal after service performance has begun, you must pay for the proportion of services already provided as per Article 59, letter o) of Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Price Changes. We may change prices at any time with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Lifetime purchases are priced at the rate shown at checkout; promotional launch pricing may end without affecting access already granted.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal educational or administrative purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code;
• Use the Service to upload or distribute malicious code or unlawful Content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security‑related features;
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties.

You retain all rights to Content you upload. You grant Blank a worldwide, non‑exclusive licence to host, process, and display such Content solely to provide the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
